Ninety squats per day! Yayy!!
I'm up to 80 squats per day. I'm doing them in increments due to a very recent knee surgery...but I am still doing them! AND IT'S CHALLENGING!! How are you guys doing?
Ok I'm up to 73 squats doubled the 30 to challenge myself a bit more! How are you doing! Leave me a post!!
Here's my new challenge for the summer: I do 30 squats everyday, and add an additional squat each day. I'm up to 34 squats...start out with 30, and add one everyday...takes about 34 seconds a day...plus one extra second...build muscle, feel better. Do something good for you... Want to do this challenge with me?
I was challenged to do a juicing plan! Had a lot of fun doing it, lost 8 pounds, and feel great. Had great support, and I'm passing on the fun...I challenge you to a 2-week juicing too!
