As of May 18, 2020, San Bernardino County has given permission for Healthcare Services, including Dental, to reopen so we are beginning that process now. We are excited to see you again and to resume your treatment. Claudia, our office manager, has begun the process of calling our patients to schedule an appointment. If you are a new patient, we are happy to schedule a consultation visit for you. Our office number is 909-790-7799. If you receive our answering message when cal...ling, please leave your name and number and we will return your call promptly. We have implemented a brief wellness questionnaire for you to complete upon arrival at the office. You will also have your temperature taken with a no-contact forehead thermometer. We ask that adult patients come to their appointments alone and that teens and children come with only one responsible party. Please wear your mask upon arrival. We would request that patients brush their teeth prior to coming to the office rather than in our office. In the interest of continuing to maintain adequate social distancing, we will maintain a minimum of 6 feet of space from other patients while seated in our dental chairs. We have also implemented additional disinfectant procedures around the office for your protection. Dear Patients and Families, As previously recommended by the California Dental Association and now as ordered by the Governor of California, we will be suspending all non-emergency orthodontic care until further notice. The safety of our patients, our staff, and our community remain a top priority as we continue to make our best decisions moving forward. Fillman Orthodontics: Dear patients and families, We are keeping a close eye on the guidance from the World Health Organization, Centers of Disease Control, and our local health authorities regarding COVID-19. In the best interest of our patients, families, staff, and community, we are adjusting our office policies effective immediately. Our office team will continue to practice our regular high standards of infection control procedures, as well as implementing many additiona...l measures. WE WILL MAINTAIN OUR REGULAR OFFICE HOURS THIS WEEK MARCH 16-19 and will monitor daily any changes mandated by the US government. Please kindly adjust your orthodontic appointments as needed: 1) If you have a fever, cough, sore throat, new shortness of breath, or feel sick, please stay home. Please call us and we are more than happy to reschedule your appointment. 2) If over the past month you have travelled internationally, been on a cruise, or have been in contact with someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19, we ask that you please call the office to reschedule your appointment. 3) If at all possible, we ask that adult patients attend their appointments alone, and that minors attend with one responsible party only. 4) If you are concerned about any of your scheduled appointments, please call the office and we are happy to assist you in rescheduling.
