First works pizza of the day being cut with no sightings, no security photo, no customers or employees have complained about the elf in the last 24hr's. Until we looked closely at this photo, poof we found the elf dead center of this christmas eve photo. It's been 2 weeks of this elf craziness so what did you like the best ?

Just caught the Elf hiding behind a Poinsettia as he was watching people eating dinner. So if the legend is true tomorrow will be the last day before the elf goes back to the north pole.

The elf was caught working out between Chianti bottles last night on security cameras. Have you heard the Elf Scout story that says on christmas eve the elf goes back with Santa to the north pole ? What version of the Elf Scout story did you hear as a child?

After yesterday's wild craziness the elf was spotted sitting on a stacks of pizza boxes dreaming about his Filippi's Works Pizza at Christmas & the New Year Celebrations that will happen over the next 10 days.

Yesterday started off like a normal day with a french film crew shooting a video about the 70 year history of Filippi's Pizza Grotto on a beautiful day in southern California. Then as seen in this photo Mr. elf decided to help by hanging on the camera "NOT HELPING" was just causing problems. Then the drama started. This is part one of a two part post today.

We love when families comes in with the next generation of pizza eaters to sit down and enjoy meal together. Thank you so much for a great family photo.

Part 2 of yesterday's crazy elf story. The US Marshals show up during the video shoot asking about the Elf and showed us his wanted poster. We turn around to see him and Poof the Elf was nowhere to be found. The Marshals explained how the elf had kidnapped Barbie after we use her for bait. Then the Elf gave her a stack of Filippi's Gift cards to sell in front of the restaurant. The manager called the police and they arrested Barbie for selling stolen property. After a gruelin...g 30 minutes of hard time in jail Barbie told her story of how the elf's planned to sell the gift cards and buy his own Filippi's. What a great day we had yesterday with no elf sighting or problems until late at night in the store room we hear a poof and there he is again sitting on the shelf in between cans like he owns the place. Don't miss tomorrow's post about the elf because we have a surprise for him that includes the US Marshals, Barbie and a french film crew. LOL

Yesterday we thought we caught the Elf, then Poof he was gone along with all the deserts. Humm wonder if this would work "Wanted Dead or Alive", what should the reward be ? Breaking News we got a lead late last night on the Missing Barbie & trap. More info to come !

We are open for Indoor Dining so we didn't really notice any Elf sightings until I was told about a Google reviews yesterday by a customer with a photo of the elf rounding up all the Dot Cookies. HELP ! We need everyone to share this so we see what others have done to catch the elf. We still haven't heard or seen Barbie or the trap from the last attempt.

The best mask award for today is "only remove for wine" we love our customers.

This morning I get a photo from a late night waitress that an elf was making small pizza's and then disappearing many time last night so please don't buy any small pizza from any elf chef's. We did get the message about using Barbie as bait to catch the elf and tried it but it didn't work, Barbie and the trap are missing now !

So this morning we found an empty bottle of Chianti on the counter, So back to the surveillance cameras and here is the photo of an elf having a Christmas singalong party wearing a miniature christmas wreath. Is there an elf removal service ?

Security camera footage from last night was of a real short guy walking in front of the wall painting carrying a Filippi's Pizza Grotto GIft Card, Never buy gift cards or four inch pizzas from the Elf in this picture.
