Classes start tomorrow - Tuesday 30th August at 8.30 & 9.30. Text me on 619.519.1579 to let me know which class time you're attending.

Want to know something really exciting?? Kids go back to school in less than 2 weeks - & if I could work out how to stick a smiling faced emoji with fireworks on here I would! So get yourselves ready peeps, Filigree Fitness starts back Tuesday 30 August 2016!!!... Classes will run - Monday - 0830 & 0930 Tuesday - 0830 & 0930 Thursday- 0830 & 0930 Yoga by Anahi is still happening on Wednesdays, 0830 at The Little Yoga Studio. All Filigree Fitness classes to be held near the baseball area/ playground at Morley Field. Prices are as follows for the remainder of 2016 5 pack - $60 10 pack - $110 Single class - $15 All packs to be used within a two month period. *pls note that a minimum of 2 people need to sign up to the class for it to be held. ** yoga classes with Anahi have their own price structure.

I have a class planned tomorrow that will really focus on our abs, more than anything!! Take that Pumpkin Pie!!!

Exciting news about Yoga starting this week -

A fun class with ladies full of giggles this morning - followed by an hour walk with Banjo around the 'hood' - so so lovely!

Good morning ladies!! Lucky for us the rain poured down last night and the forecast shows sun, albiet a little cool! I'll set up near the building at Fault Line Park, as that tends to block the wind a little - so hopefully it won't be so chilly. I have a low impact, resistance band workout planned and I'm hoping some of you can join me this morning. Reminder, your first class is always FREE !!...
