Back at it finally! Monday - Friday 6-8pm and Saturday 11am - 1pm

Temporary class schedule starting 6/15 Monday to Friday - 6pm Non Contact Circuit Training and 7pm Open Mats and Bags. Saturday 11am Circuit Training, 12noon Open Mats/Bags 5pm kids classes being arranged so stay tuned. If possible PLEASE BRING YOUR A PERSONAL TOWEL to wipe down bags and equipment. SANITIZER WILL BE PROVIDED. This schedule is temporary and we will keep everyone posted when classes will go back to original schedule. SEE YOU ALL MONDAY!

Hey everyone! Looks like we are getting to go ahead to open up with some restrictions THIS coming week. We are likely to do a very casual, half opening, with open gym certain times, etc. for the rest of the month. Then back to normal class times starting July 1st! We are looking forward to it.
