This is what I love about small business. Our customers are not just a number or a house we drop off their delivery and forget about them. We have relationships with our customers. I am not a big corporate person looking at bottom lines but a mom who runs a business who has the same mom struggles as everyone else. This was sent to me today from one of our csa members and made my eyes water a little bit. The kindness of our customers is amazing and I am so appreciative. Maggie and I are now excited to make some school lunches together!

I am going to say something that might upset people. There is no magic pill or diet that will have you lose weight and keep it off. There is a reason it is called yo-yo dieting. Instead focus on a healthy lifestyle and weight loss will be a bonus. With a lifestyle change that focuses more on overall health weight loss is more sustainable. Good rule of thumb is if you cannot pronounce the ingredients don’t eat it.
