Simply order online at FiddymentFarms.com and select ‘Curbside Pickup.’ Orders placed before 3pm can be picked up at our main office in Lincoln, CA 10am-5pm the next day. All you do is park in the lot behind our building, open your trunk, and call us with your order number. We’ll place your order in your trunk, and you get to stay safely in your car. Excited for The Big Game? Here’s a great pistachio guac recipe that is perfect with Fiddyment Farms pistachios! PISTACHIOMOLÉ... INGREDIENTS 2 cups Pistachio nuts 2 Ripe avocados White onion: finely diced 1 Serrano chile: stemmed, seeded & minced cup Cilantro sprigs 2 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil 1 tablespoon Fresh lime juice teaspoon Coarse salt teaspoon Black pepper GARNISHES cup Pistachio nuts: crushed or finely chopped Cilantro sprigs Lime wedges Tortilla chips INSTRUCTIONS Lightly toast the Pistachio nuts. Finely chop or process in a food processor. Seed and peel the avocado. Dice the avocado. Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl. With a spoon, stir the mixture while lightly mashing the avocado. Do not over process the mixture should have a slightly coarse texture. Transfer the Pistachiomolé to a serving dish. Sprinkle the surface with the crushed Pistachios. Garnish with the cilantro sprigs and lime wedges. Serve with tortilla chips. Yields: 1 pound Recipe & photo: American Pistachio Growers

FIDDY FACT: Pistachio kernels cause their shells to split naturally. Pistachios grow on trees in clusters similar to the way grapes grow on vines. The nuts grow shell first, with the pistachio kernel filling the shell. Later in the summer, the kernel causes the shell to split naturally. In this pic from a few weeks ago, we cut open some samples from our ranch to see how our pistachios were progressing this season! Lookin’ good!
