SCVFA 12.11.2020

NOTICE: Santa Clara County continues on a very conservative path. Sadly, due to these strict rules, SCVFA still can not sponsor any large gathering, even in the Park. SCVFA members will hold a small live jam (non-SCVFA sponsored), by reservation and will broadcast this jam on Zoom from 1:00 -4:00. The first hour will be a Slow Jam. It is far from perfect, but does help keep us connected. One person may lead and others play along while muted. Some counties have relax...ed their restrictions to a greater extent. Check your local county restrictions and CONSIDER ORGANIZING YOUR OWN SMALL JAM consistent with their regulations. Ultimately the safety and well being of our members is of utmost importance. The board will be discussing how we can safely hold jams and what modifications may be needed to proceed when jams resume. Check this website, SCVFA's Facebook page, The Fiddler's Rag (our member Newsletter) and President Susan Goodis' monthly email reminder for updates. Email [email protected] to sign up for electronic announcements for information on SCVFA virtual events. Stay healthy and let music bring you joy.
