We used www.fhareview.com to do our FHA condo approval for Woodlake Village. They were great to work with and took care of the process. It was $850 well-spent and if they can't get you approved, you don't pay.

FHA Condo Certification Update! HUD has released their initial response to HR 3700. To summarize the response, nothing is changing yet and HUD will release further guidance soon regarding the lowering the Owner Occupancy percentage. HUD has released their "Proposed New Approval Process" for Condominiums....there is a 60-day comment period, so no changes have been made yet. But be ready, changes are coming!
