We all wash our hands, next time fully focus on how the water flows around your hands, the smell of the soap, how much lather you can create encompassing your entire hands. In 2012, their kickstarter campaign went viral, then in 2014, from a drab meeting room at CES in January, Oculus chose FG|PG to design their debut public exhibit at E3 five months later. With a fantastic mid-century modern design we helped bring Oculus to a home setting that would be comf...ortable in the Hollywood hills. It’s #womenwednesday and time to show some love for those female entrepreneurs and leaders that deserve a spotlight. We would like to shine a light on the creator Zuzana Licko, who was born in 1961 in Bratislava, Czechoslovakia and emigrated with her parents to the U.S. in 1968. She graduated with a degree in Graphic Communications from the University of California at Berkeley. In 1984 Zuzana and her husband founded the graphic company and Magazine Émigré. A decade later sh...e designed Mrs. Eaves as her first attempt at the design of a traditional typeface, and that beautiful font is what we use for the FG in our FG|PG Logo. She is one of the first designers to exploit the potential of Macintosh computers, making style out of rough pixels. She has been heavily awarded for her font/design work and Émigré Magazine publication. 9/11- An event that rocked our country and caused Americans to come together with the same energy exhibited during World War II. Once again, we banded, collectively, with that same positive spirit that had enveloped the nation. Let us remember the heroic firefighters, police officers and civilians putting their lives at risk to save the innocent. Let's remember that moment when Congress put aside partisanship and sang "God Bless America" that night on the Capitol steps. For ...a brief moment in time, we knew what it meant to be United. Together. That event is one of the most tragic in our history, but it brought out the best in all of us. Our true patriotic spirit shall not be diminished. Today let us remember there is more that unites us than divide us.
