This does not directly affect us, but it's a huge victory for our fellow small independent pharmacies. PBMs and insurance companies were allowed to reimburse pharmacies for less than the cost of the drug dispensed. In other words, a pharmacy would LOSE MONEY for dispensing a medication. The fact that it took a Supreme Court ruling to stop it is a crime in itself. Score one for the good guys!
