What Does the Regional Stay Home Order Mean for You? Beginning at 11:59 p.m. on Dec. 10, the Greater City of Sacramento will fall under the State's Regional Stay Home Order. The Regional Stay Home Order will help stop the surge and prevent overwhelming regional ICU capacity. These orders will remain in effect for at least three weeks. After that period, the orders will be lifted when a region's projected ICU capacity meets or exceeds 15%.
