He practices primarily in patent prosecution, trademark prosecution, IP licensing agreements and IP litigation, represent from individual inventors to large multinational corporations. Prior to joining Ferguson Case Orr Paterson, Brian was an associate of the law firm of Koppel Patrick Heybl and Philpott.
