I have a confession...I am not a people person. . I am the definition of an introvert. I am 100% in my element in the kitchen. From where I stand, I have a full view of the dining room, and am able to observe every aspect of service. But I much prefer to be out of sight. I commend my servers daily, because I could never do what they do. . Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE my customers, but I let my love show through my food.... . Having an empty dining room for much of the past year has taken more of a toll on me than I ever could have imagined. I miss you guys! I miss seeing your big smiles. I miss the loud clamor of a full dining room. I miss our interactions, as few as they may have been. . I cannot wait for things to return back to normal so we can serve you again.
