Looking for something new to watch? If you haven’t seen the Netflix documentary, Kiss the Ground, we highly recommend it for anyone (especially investors) interested in truly pursuing a solution to climate change. As narrator Woody Harrelson explains, it starts, simply enough, with soil. #farmland #netflix #impactinvesting #sustainability #agriculture kisstheground.com
The world doesn’t need more industrial corn. Neither do investors. See how the potential revenue grows when we switch to organic and then regenerate that same farmland with a thoughtful crop rotation all with positive impacts on the food we eat and the planet on which we live. #farmland #impactinvesting #sustainability #agriculture #organic
From the field, happening now: irrigation installation to support 150 new acres of organic blueberries for a brand name you definitely know. #farmland #sustainableagriculture #organicfarms

That a court overturned a federally-approved insecticide is practically unheard of, but it shows that people care and are paying attention to the science. "The U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals said the federal Environmental Protection Agency approved the insecticide, sulfoxaflor, based on flawed and limited information."
A Consumer Reports study found that, overall, ground beef from cattle raised conventionally was more likely to be contaminated with at least two types of bacteria. Conventional beef was also 3x more likely than grass-fed beef to be contaminated with antibiotic-resistant "superbugs". Another great reason to shift away from factory-farming practices to more sustainable practices.
