We're sad to report that the Hermosa Beach Farmers' Market will not be reopening. * The Hermosa Beach Chamber of Commerce has decided not to renew our contract. Our market is closing down, permanently. * We were always a smaller market, but we've loved our loyal customers, our dedicated vendors, and this rockin' beachside town. ... * There are other local buying options in and around Hermosa and our own Playa Vista Farmers' Market will reopen in mid July. * Of course, for our nonprofit this closure is a setback in a time of setbacks. And the farmers and vendors who relied on this market have lost an income stream in a time when sales were already down. * You can continue to support our mission by supporting small farmers, buying from local artisans, and supporting the small businesses in town. Small businesses have taken a hit during this COVID crisis, and now more than ever, they need your support. * Thank you for your support and friendship over the years.
