Dear Facebook Friends, Did you know "25% of renters spend more than 50% of their income on rent and utilities."? The CGA Management team has always found ways to give back to our community. Our motto isIf you always give, you will always have.... This year we are proud to announce the formation of our very own 501(c)(3) IRS approved charity, Families on the Brink. This charity was formed to assist renters in need of temporary assistance. We ask that when giving this year, you please consider donating to Families on the Brink. With a small donation, the lives of tenants can be changed forever. Please know that 100% of all funds raised go to help renters in our local community. No salaries are paid to our board members or volunteers. Please check out our website for our current fundraising efforts. If you are looking to help in other ways, you may volunteer your time to an event or apply to become a board member. With your help, we can assist Tenants truly in need. You can make a difference!!!
