This home owner/client had no prior landlord experience and needed assistance with marketing the property and screening for qualified tenants. Within the first week we had numerous applications submitted and got a signed lease agreement shortly thereafter. The rental process can be stressful for both sides, but I made sure that the transaction was as smooth as possible for both the owner and the new tenant.
