Now introducing Intermediate Watercolor via Zoom! Michael Friedland has been teaching Watercolor to students at the Falkirk Cultural Center for the past few months and is now ready to teach via Zoom! More information about the class below. If you know the basics of your ...materials, and have experience making clean, clear washes on paper both wet and dry (even if you haven’t mastered them), you can join us as we continue to explore making paintings using design and good value distribution to create interesting and dynamic compositions. The San Rafael Recreation Division and the San Rafael Goldenaires are hosting a FREE Book & Puzzle Swap specifically for Adults 55 years and older. Please dro...p by the San Rafael Community Center, 618 B Street on Tuesday, October 6th, 10am-12pm. We'll set up tables with books and puzzles outside and participants will be required to wear a mask along with the provided gloves for browsing through the books. Only a few people will be allowed to look at the same time, keeping in mind physical distancing guidelines. We will place books and puzzles that are dropped off into quarantine until our next swap.
