We are a successful independent escrow company licensed by DBO in city of Downey. We are open to escrow officers with commercial, residential, and refinance escrow experience. COMPENSATION: Salary Plus Commission Based on Experience Level & Volume COMPANY BENEFITS: Paid vacations Paid sick days Always someone to cover your desk when you are not in the office Private office for each escrow officer containing new desk, computer, filing cabinet and chair SKILLS & REQUIRMENTS Possess a proven current book of business with client following Respond in a timely, professional and courteous manner to any customer inquiries Ensure that all necessary information has been ordered and is accurate Ensure that title issues are resolved Candidate must meet Department of Business Oversight requirements Experience with purchase and refinance transaction consisting of FHA/VA/Conventional/Hard money Must be competent in spelling, grammar, and written correspondence Must be proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, Google Docs, and general internet usage RESPONSIBILITIES 1+ years’ experience as an Escrow Officer Strong organizational skills High ethical standards, professional, and presentable Strong attention to detail Strong Customer Service Orientation / Excellent Verbal Communication Bilingual (not required but a PLUS) MUST HAVE A BOOK/FOLLOWING OF BUSINESS We offer one of the highest commission rates in our industry.
