We will continue to run our F45 Live classes that you can do from the comfort and isolation of your home. Registration is available now. Though archived classes are always available, be on the lookout for additional class times and possible outdoor sessions if the government will allow it. It was so great seeing everyone back in the studio - even if it was for a short time. Stay positive and support on another during these trying times.
