The next big step we are taking for the upcoming challenge is providing you with a meal prep service that will be delivered directly to our studio fridge! We’ve partnered with @evoprepmeals to provide all of our challenge participants and membership base with amazing meals to make tracking your food even easier! You can select low calorie meals that provide you a perfect balance of your carbs, fats and protein! Or you can reward yourself with something a bit more robust, li...ke the Mac-n-cheese meal shown in the second slide! We will have 40 FREE meals available in the studio this upcoming Monday for our members that plan to participate in the challenge! For members that do not plan to participate in the challenge, prepared meal orders will also be available to you as well! I wanted to say thank to our members, your hard work and commitment is what drives this studio. It makes us excited to come to work every morning as coaches and we thank you for making our jobs easy! I also wanted to say thank you to our team. Together we have built what I think is one of the best fitness studios in the area.
