Congratulations Cristina! Winner of our last 45 Day Challenge. Cristina has been with us here at F45 for a few years now and always works hard. During the last Challenge she focused on her consistency in and out of the studio. Cleaning up her diet and constant work in the gym lead to 16.6 pounds of weight loss and 5% body fat reduction. Can we have your attention please? This Saturday we are going to be running a modified Hollywood circuit with 9 stations and movement after each 3 sets. We are talking rowers, bikes, benches, weights, the works. All in the comfort and safety of our outdoor studio. Classes are 7:15am, 8:30am, and 9:45am. We have decided to cancel the 6am for the time being. ... We look forward to seeing you for Hollywood on Saturday!
