Researchers with relocation resource Move.org analyzed home values, pricing, and occupancy to find the most affordable locations for first-time buyers. McAllen, Texas, topped Move.org’s list as the most affordable metro area for first-time buyers in the nation.

All So Cal Home Values Up $80,000 in ONE YEAR. Santa Clarita Home Values Up $88,500 in ONE YEAR. San Fern Valley Home Values Up $81,000 in ONE YEAR. Homeowners basically made about $40,000 per household in 2020 and it's not over yet.

A welcome addition to the valley.
