In July, we released an update in Expander which allows you to identify co-located cloud exposures in real-time. Co-located cloud exposures are observed on the same IP as a customer’s domain or certificate, but don’t contain the domain or certificate in the response from the exposed IP. These are therefore lower-confidence in attributing to your organization than other cloud services with a verified domain or certificate clearly associated with them. ... Now that cloud adoption is picking up at a rapid pace, it's a great time to step back and gain the full picture of your cloud environment. Take a look at our blog below. #cloudsecurity #ciso #infosec https://expanse.co/blog/co-located-cloud-exposures-expander/

Heads Up! A known Citrix Workplace bug that was though to be patched in July has resurfaced with a new attack vector. "The bug (CVE-2020-8207), exists in the automatic update service of the Citrix Workspace app for Windows. It could allow local privilege-escalation as well as remote compromise of a computer running the app when Windows file sharing (SMB) is enabled"... The bug, though mostly fixed over the summer, was recently found to still allow attackers to abuse Citrix-signed MSI installers. Full report here: #CVE #citrix #cybersecurity https://bit.ly/3clGOaE
