LA Kings Star’s New Beach Pad: ... Los Angeles Kings star Jeff Carter is apparently acclimating well to the relaxed lifestyle of Southern California. Things start out nicely with a premium front-yard setup that boasts an outdoor fireplace, an outdoor kitchen, a fire pit and a sitting area perfect for kicking back on a coastal night. The investment paid off for Los Angeles Carter scored the Stanley Cup-winning goal against New Jersey in Game 6 of the 2012 Stanley Cup Finals, and led the team in goals a season ago. You might ask the seller of the home to match that 5 percent reduction and you’d be surprised when the seller says, No thanks. Also, experienced agents have a strong network in the local market, which can give you an added edge. Good agents like to work with other good agents.
