Having trouble keeping your energy up today? Tabata drills are a great way to boost that energy. 20 second bursts of explosive movement with 10 second rest intervals are a simple concept that will get the blood flowing! You can do these all in order as a quick workout (approx. 30 min) Or pick and choose a few to boost your energy and get you pumped up for the exercise you already had planned. Another great way to use them is to get up every hour from your computer/work/sittin...g and do one or two. All you need for these ones is body weight (for the first in each pair) and small dumbbells (for the second in each pair). Each Tabata drill is 20 seconds on with 10 seconds rest for 8 rounds alternating between the two moves.
