After going through many moving companies and quotes for our cross country move from California to Florida, I must say, we made the right choice. When we called them, they were at least the 6th company we asked for an estimate. EMS were not the cheapest, but they did come highly recommended by a trusted friend and their customer service was excellent from day one. Ryan Bird, Director of Sales, came to our house to survey and give us an accurate estimate on what it would cost ...to move all our stuff (including the packing, at an extra cost, of course). We kept in touch and a week before our move we signed the contract and got the ball rolling. Any questions I had regarding price or logistics, they were always at hand to respond. The team who handled our packing was great. They came in early and were very patient with us, as we were barely ready for them to come inside the house. Our kids were hungry, breakfast was being served, we still had things we didn't want to pack... it was a little chaotic, to say the least. But they handled everything with professionalism and when they were done, everything was packed, labeled and itemised. Two days later, the loaders came and they were great as well. But the highlight was the driver, Mr. Massy. Great guy from Tennessee, he had a lot of experience going cross country, and gave us great comfort letting us know that everything would arrive safe s fine. They still did a good job when the time came. And, as always, Mr. Massy was there to help out in any way he could. When all was said and done, our stuff arrived in great condition and on time. After another great experience moving with this company, I feel compelled to share my story in brevity. Everyone was very friendly and professional from my initial contact Justin who came to my house for the estimate to Sergio and his amazing crew they had for me on move day. I was always kept in the loop and had a move coordinator for the entire process. Everything was upfront and transparent so there were no surprises on move day. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to move local or long-distance. This family owned and operated business does moving right and will utilize their services next time I move home or office. A very professional and well run company. I have been a business client of theirs and recently needed a company to move my family. I never hesitated in contacting EMS and they came thru beautifully. They loaded my 4 bedroom house in record time and delivered to the new location in the same day! Very impressive and well managed.
