Patience is something our children need to be more successful in life! The marshmallow test was conducted where the kids were offered either one marshmallow now or 2 if they waited an hour. The study showed that when those kids grew up, significant amount of children who took the later became much more successful in their life than the one that took the marshmallow immediately! Taekwondo and our program specifically targets core mental values that helps children to become life champions such as this. But then again, talk is cheap... let us prove it to you...

This is Aneeka. She’s one of our black belts. She is one of the best and she knows it. How does she know?
