The Threads Of The Heart The other day, I was struck still as I walked by this incredible dreamcatcher that my healer friend had made with her daughter. I love rainbow hearts, and I love threads and in this piece they come together as one. The heart threads are delicate ones. They feel deeply and love widely, but they can also fray, tangle and knot up in times of anxiety and disconnection. When you take the time to attend to your own threads, you can help them find their ali...gnment. Allow yourself the opportunity to nourish your heart, to strengthen your threads. The mind creates knots in the heart. When you embrace the egoic knots with love rather than fear the magical transformation unravels easily through the power of presence. So no need to fear your anxious knots within, rather allow then to guide you to your truth and your heart expansion. I will go deeper on letting go of the egoic knot this Saturday on @insighttimer at 10am PST. Register through link in bio.

The Equinox began yesterday and spring has now begun! NOW is the time to begin planting seeds. Growth and change are coming. The vibrance, the energy, and the lighter vibes bring in a wave of excitement and newness. It can be easy to jump into things without maintaining a healthy pace. Here is your reminder to pace yourself. Stop and smell the roses. Notice nature. And remain true to what the universe has in store for you.

For so long, I thought only of the river’s end. Then one morning, I set my paddle down to watch the sun rise ... over the eastern hills only to find myself floating, somehow gently upstream. I promise. It was not what I expected. Bhikshuni Dharmadinna, Therigatha Where or what is the universe pointing you towards this morning?

Here are mine: 1. Practicing stillpoint breathing is key; this is done by noticing the still point (or the gap) at the end of each exhale. This invites deeper, more intentional modes of breathing, calming and centering the body and mind. 2. Meditation. There are many apps that provide guided meditations. I am on... Insight Timer, and I also provide tools via my Instagram. 3. Meditation helps calm the mind and center the heart, inviting a state of resilience and, therefore, gratitude. 3. When emotionally activated, I practice the PAUSE.Being emotionallyactivated(i.e. feeling anger or sadness) invites a range of feelings. Take a moment to pause in the emotion, notice all that is around you, and settle into a calmer state. 4. TAKING TIME TO NOTICE NATURE... even for a moment, is so rewarding. Joy can be found in the smallest of moments, such as a fluttering butterfly or the rustling of leaves in the trees... It really is and can be the little things!

Love is the bridge between you and everything - Rumi. The Self and the heart are the same. Come to know the heart and you will come home to your depth and your truth. We can choose to align with the pure love that lives within your heart by using the powerful mantra: Aham Prema which is Sanskrit for I am divine love. ... Whatever challenges you face this mantra will clear resistance, soothe your heart and fill the cup that we often seek to fill outside. Simply repeat Aham Prema for 5-20 minutes and allow the resonance and vibration to align you. Be a bridge of love today.

Now and then it's good to pause in our pursuit of happiness and just be happy. Guillaume Apollinaire J O Y. Joy is one of those emotions that have us feeling over the moon, it makes us want to jump for joy and dance around our kitchen. Feeling joy is great, but allowing it to pour into every aspect of life is even better. ... There are a few gateways to joy: Integrity, Generosity, Gratitude and Connection. Practice these. They will bring new forms of joy into your life that you may have not known existed. Allow each part of yourself to feel joy in new and exciting ways. Sometimes, striving for happiness and joy can cause us to not pay attention to the little moments of joy around us. Slow down and pause, recognize the joyful things already present in your life and honor them. Take time to meditate and open those gateways to joy. Let the mystery of joy guide you, create happiness for no reason, be alive and present in the moment. Live your life joyfully, in every single way. Sign up for my Divine Women’s Healing circle, every Thursday at 10AM PST. This week we will center on JOY.

In todays woman’s healing circle we dove into the Anahata, the heart chakra where we can alchemize our fearful emotions into freedom and love. Once we understand the ways that the voice in our head limits our ability to process the heart, then we can release it from its job of trying to fix the problem. We can use the mind skillfully in our heart process by dropping why am I feeling this way? And shift into what is the sensation of my emotion and where do I feel it in my... body? The truth is, we need to hold space for the heart. Presence heals the heart. Anahata is Sanskrit for Unstruck and the mantra I can stay open allows you to be in the unstruck open heart space. This is like an open skyallowing clouds to pass by, never hurt by the storms of grief, the lightning of rage or the thunder of anger. A simple and deeply effective mantra to bring healing and resonance to your heart is, YAAM. Simply repeat this mantra in silence for 5-20 minutes and allow the alchemy to begin. Healing the heart is central to our weekly circle, and each week, I offer energy exercises, mantras, meditations, breathing exercises to add to your daily practice tool kit. Join us next Thursday at 10am PST, link in bio.

I Can Stay Open Relax your shoulders and relax your heart. Let go and give room for the pain to PASS through you. It’s just energy. Just see it as energy and let it go. -Michael Singer The voice in your head distracts you from the active emotional experience in your heart. ... You have another choice, stay open and be the alchemist. Natural feelings arise. Let them. When old ghosts awaken within you from the past, witness the thoughts, breathe and bring your attention to the energy in the heart. Our gentle awareness here allows the transformation/transmutation to occur. Singer often says its always about remaining open no matter what, and to relax and release as challenges arise. Practice is and my new mantra I can stay open is available to remind you to welcome all energies with an open mind and heart. This is the inspiration for tomorrow’s teaching in the Women’s Healing Circleall women are welcome. Join us at 10AM PST.

So let’s dig deep as we move closer to the Powerful Supermoon tomorrow by asking ourselves what is the thread I want to choose to awaken which has been asleep or in a dormant dream? Allow it to crystallize and then we fertilize with the powerful mantra ~So Ham. Repeat this mantra for 5-20 ...minutes. I’ve been spending more time at the beach these past few months; it’s become my favorite safe space and retreat. Grounding into the sand connecting to the ocean air and water is vital. They are elements that feed and nourish my spirit. Grounding into nature is especially important this week with all the astrological shifts occurring. Mercury is going retrograde on Tuesday, and we have the second lunation of a total of three in October. Having three lunations in one mont...h happens once every few years, so this is a particularly energy-charged month. Use it to connect to and ground in natureyour soul will thank you! Where do you go to nourish your spirit?

Acknowledging the good that you already have in your life is the foundation for all abundance. ~Eckhart Tolle @eckharttolle Recently, I have seen a rise in client’s anxiety, lack of focus and despondency. Connection is one of our deepest human needs, so we must find ways to nurture this need. The shift starts with acceptance and builds through attention and intention. ... We have a choice and that choice creates our reality. When I choose to tune in to the subtle, satisfaction in the present moment I feel a dimension of love deepening within me. Connection is the to healing. How are you nurturing connection inside and out? Remember the mantra #ihaveachoice

Vortex: The sunsets in Malibu never cease to amaze me. I don’t know about you, but in my world, there is nothing better than a gorgeous sunset reflecting off of the ocean waves. There is something magical in those moments. ... As the sun begins its decent westward, I oftentimes find myself moving towards the light and finding calmness within the last few specks of the sun’s rays. We move around the sun, so I feel that it is only right to center myself with the sun. Despite the days beginning to shorten, the sun is always steadfast in its arrival and descent, and often gives us beautiful shows when arriving and exiting. The morning sunrise allows me to set my intentions for the day, and appreciate the beauty that the sun brings with it. I always take a few moments in the morning to center myself. The evening sunset reminds us that even on the worst of days, there is still beauty that encompasses us. I always take time in the evening to reflect on my day and center myself with the sun. How do you center yourself?
