Individualized programming. Tailored around you and the life you want to live. In studio OR at home. In East Sac or wherever else you need to be. Only 4 people allowed in the gym at a time. What are you doing to protect YOURSELF during the holiday season? Though they may look a little different this year, they are coming. And they will be stressful. And your routine will get challenged?... What can you do to be proactive about it? Know your kryptonite- Be honest with yourself and figure out what you have a hard time with. Food, drink, fitness. What do you struggle with the most? Take the necessary steps to get ahead of the game by acknowledging where you need help. Relay your intention- Tell those around you how they can help. Do you need them to take some of the slack so you can get your workouts in? Do you need them to not bring home the snacks that you know you have a hard time avoiding? Do you need them to let you get to bed a bit earlier so you can recover? They won’t know if you don’t tell them. So tell them! Stick to It- Once you make the decision, you have to stick to it. It’s simple as that. Don’t shoot for the stars and set too many goals or limitations. Be completely honest with yourself and pick something that is doable. Then DO IT!! The gratification that comes from consistency will be feel fantastic in the New Year. These are just a few tips but will have huge impact. If you need help getting on a routine, reach out. Get your programming through True Coach with videos of each movement linked so you know exactly what you’re doing. Feedback from your trainer on every video submitted. Never left to figure it out on your own. Freedom to train when you want. Flexibility to adjust your schedule when life gets in the way. Minimal disruption to your routine when stay-at-home orders are put in place. Our clients have the tools they need to stay on track. Our trainers are armed with the systems to keep it that way.
