Started out the weekend strong yesterday with anglers on the Sea Wolf checking in with limits of both Rockfish and jumbo Lingcod. Anglers aboard the Pacific Pea...rl got their Rockfish limits and were also treated to Rock Crab limits with the pots filling to a total of 590. Salmon fishing did not disappoint with anglers on the Tigerfish and Sundance combining for 24 ocean bright Salmon to #20. Still spots available for tomorrow. Winding down rockfish/lingcod season, fishing has been amazing with great quality fish, beautiful weather, and a very hot bite aboard the Sea Wolf. Today’s group of 24 anglers (includes crew) caught 48 lingcod to 24 pounds and 240 rockfish.

Today the Sea Wolf’s 21 anglers enjoyed a great day of fishing, catching 42 lingcod to 19 pounds and 210 rockfish. Our crew will be prepping crab gear next week..., getting ready for the crab combo season to open on November 7th. Oops, we got in so early yesterday that I started running around and forgot to post. Beautiful weather and wide open fishing along with a great group aboard the Sea Wolf... the day ended way to early! We finished up with 200 rockfish and 40 lingcod for our 20 anglers.

Tuesday Fish Emeryville anglers encountered flat calm weather and superb offshore angling. The Sea Wolf and Tigerfish reported in FULL limits or quality Rockfi...sh and Lingcod to #24 fishing the Farallon Island chain. Heavy sacks of jumbo Reds, Yellows and Widows. The Sea Wolf has been bouncing around the ocean the past couple days. On Sunday we had some discomfort to the swell with light winds but today was beautiful af...ter the typhoon we went through running through the bay this morning. Sunday we finished up with 160 rockfish and 32 lingcod to 16 pounds for our light charter of 13 plus crew. Today we finished up with 180 rockfish and 36 lingcod to 18 pounds for our 18 anglers. We decided to fish this Friday and have plenty of spots at this time if your interested, this Saturday is the last trip we’ll be running before the crab combo season opens on November 7th.
