On October 17, the Evergreen Islamic Center (EIC) is conducting its annual fundraiser to complete the construction of its adjacent building, which will housecommunity center, class rooms, multipurpose hall, and commercial grade kitchen. Alhamd...ulillah with the growing of Muslim population in the Evergreen area and in the Bay Area the attendance has increased considerably. During the pre-pandemic days, the Jumah participants exceeded 700 in the first jama’a. In addition, the community activities include: 1. Full Ramdan activities. 2. Family nights 3. Islamic scholars visits from the local and larger community 4. Sunday Quran Grammar classes 5. Weekend Islamic School 6. Seeratun Nabi lectures 7. Monthly lectures corresponding to its Islamic significance 8. Civic Education sessions 9. Climate Change Education seminars 10. Interfaith Gathering 11. Women’s religious and social programs 12.
