Merchants processing credit card transaction via a Suddenlink Phone line are having issues across Humboldt County. We are getting numerous reports of this outage on Thursday, March 4. This processing via an internet connection seem to functioning as normal. If your credit card terminal is using a Suddenlink phone line to process and are getting an error, please keep trying! As soon as the Suddenlink issue is resolved on their end your terminal will function as it should!

An AT&T OUTAGE has been reported in the Northern California area. We are receiving numerous calls about credit cards machines not working if on AT&T phone service. As this is an AT&T outage, we unfortunately have no way to make the terminal connect unless another telecom provider is servicing your location. We will update this status once we hear reports of affected location being able to process effectively again.

FD130 If your FD130 does not automatically connect when power is restored, simply power the terminal down and back up again. Once rebooted you should be in business!
