Our Response to COVID-19

Our signature Ettan salad is a kaleidoscope of flavors and textures. Highlighting seasonal market vegetables, seeds, and spices, this dish captures the Cal-Indian approach of Chef Srijith's cooking.

This vibrant green cocktail, Just Like Money, is for our mezcal-lovers! Gin, aloe, cilantro syrup, lime, avocado, and a black salt rim pair with the smoky spirit.

We've got naan buns! Homemade, baked to order, and topped with seasonal goodies, these signature monkey naan buns are a delicious start to the meal.
