Can you imagine life with triplet boys? Yay, me neither! Never a dull moment, I am sure! I saw a quote once that said, "God picks the strongest of women and blesses them thrice." It made me think of this family! But seriously, how cute are these kids?

As we were leaving, this gorgeous pink full moon made a grand appearance. I just had to capture it. Since it was dark, I used my flash to light my couple and meter off the background to keep the drama in the sky. Honestly, in real life, the moon looked so much bigger than pictured. Some of my absolute favorite images are those that showcase connection and emotion or those that capture personality. So in a session, with me, I will strive to get some variety. Of course, we all want that perfectly posed shot with everyone looking at the camera it's the one we frame. The one hanging above your mantel. I get it. But, I also strive to capture a few genuine, fun, and emotive ones too. These kids had so much energy when they arrived for their family shoot...I ...had to incorporate that energy into a memorable image. And, tell me, as a mom, how many times a day do you feel like your kids are just running in circles around you?!? A little something about me ... I love big families. And I am the oldest of 7 growing up. Look at this beautiful family with 5 kids. As a mother, when you have your first child, you feel that your heart is so filled with love that it just couldn't be any more full. At that moment, you truly feel you are just "bursting with love" as you look at your baby. Then you have your second child, and lo and behold your heart expands and so on and so forth. You are still bursting with love but it's even more powerful than you ever imagined. Can you imagine the size of this couple's hearts bursting with love for 5 kids? So beautiful. If you have a big family, don't procrastinate on getting those beautiful faces in front of the camera.
