Below are her words after taking #butiyoga in our studio last week. This a pretty advanced posture called Bird of Paradise and it involves a great deal of tenacity , trust and concentration. I love how Amel is maintaining her drishti or yogic gaze. This helps any and all yoga #asanas to continue steady balance . Here’s what s...he had to say: I’m straight shook. Exactly one year in the making of yoga with @estrella.collective, and out of nowhere (and I’ll be honest I’ve fallen out of practice recently with work and life) I was able to do a half bird of paradise on BOTH legs. Let me be clear, I’m not a flexible person and this is something I NEVER thought I would be able to do. @taaaaaruh, @mysticthrive and @lan3y_kay you ladies are amazing and no way would I have even tried if you didn’t give me a slight nudge to just give it a go, even if I thought I wouldn’t be able to do it. Next step, get that leg straight.... I’m coming for ya!!!!!!

You are cordially invited to Bathe & Buti, a luxurious spa and yoga experience, hosted by Estrella Collective's owner and birthday girl, Tara Murphy. What: Bathe & Buti is a 4 hour lush gathering to celebrate not only Tara's 43rd birthday, but to celebrate life and feminine connection! We will start off with a welcome circle to get acquainted, followed by a 60 minute Buti DEEP class (think restorative Buti Yoga). Then, we move to some social time over decadent vegan food and ...refreshments, catered, of course. The final 1.5-2 hours are yours to meander around the gorgeous Japanese gardens, sweat out toxins in the stunning and spacious sauna, converse around the fire pit, take dips in the cold plunge, or simply unwind with some tea in the bubbling hot tubs. First , she filled her over porous blonde ends with 6/3 and 9/34 from #Davines with 5 volume on clean, shampooed hair . Aft...er processing for 20 mins and blow drying , Tara mixed 9/43 and 7/3 in #Wella #kolestonperfect and 20 vol with #olaplex for protection. Applying to her virgin roots then run through her ends and processed for 35 minutes. Voilà ! We have so many NEW CLOTHES, etc and have been arranging pick up/delivery today and Sunday, and we had such a amazing turnout for everyone that came !!!
