Payroll Administrator/AP/AR Assistant duties include but are not limited to: Perform daily payroll department functions related to bi-weekly payroll processing for 100+ employees, including verifying hours reported, reviewing electronic timesheet information, and daily interactions with all levels of staff. Understand current state and federal laws pertaining to payroll and related processes, as well as, proper taxation of employer paid benefits and keeping the overall co...mpany in compliance with related Payroll law and updates. Process accurate and timely year-end reporting when necessary (W-2, 1099, etc.) Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances. Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports; recording entries. Pays vendors by monitoring discount opportunities; verifying federal identification numbers; scheduling and preparing checks; resolving purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation; issuing stop-payments or purchase order amendments. Updates receivables by totaling unpaid invoices. Qualifications: Working knowledge of payroll best practices and strong knowledge of federal and state laws & regulations Proven expertise in Excel and Quick books is REQUIRED; competency tests will be administered during the interview process Strong work ethic and team player Must have excellent time management and organization skills High degree of professionalism & trustworthiness Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material daily Decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills Job Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related filed is required. Years of experience: Minimum 2 years of payroll process experience, as well as, AP/AR experience. Schedule: Temporary F/T Pay: $16-$19/hour Other requirements: Complete FBI/DOJ background check, Valid CA Driver’s License and Proof of valid Automobile Insurance Job Types: Full-time, Temporary Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour COVID-19 considerations: Daily screenings to staff/employees to secure they are symptom free to work that day.

A mom looking to make her son's Halloween a better experience has made an impact on tens of thousands of people. Omairis Taylor posted about her 3-year-old son on Facebook, explaining that he has nonverbal autism and trick-or-treating has been difficult for them in the past. A few years ago, she said, she had to explain at every house for five blocks that her son was not going to say "trick or treat" because he is nonverbal. "This year we will be trying the BLUE BUCKET to sig...nify he has autism," she wrote. Here is a really easy DIY you can do just in time for #Halloween I'm sure you have plenty of Paper Towel and Toilet paper insert so here is one way to make use of them. *Adults, always supervise and use the hot glue gun yourself.... Ghost of Paper Past Supplies: Toilet paper or paper towel insert roll Glue stick Hot glue Markers White paper String Scissors Tape White tissue paper 1. Trim about 8 long strips of tissue paper and set to the side. 2. Cut and glue the white paper long enough to wrap around a toilet paper roll. 3. Hot glue the string around the top for hanging. 4. Draw a face on one side. 5. Tape the long strips of tissue paper to the bottom of the inside toilet paper roll. That is it. Scissors Markers String/yarn Black paper Work sheet from IamKidHope.com or blank white paper 1. Color the popsicle sticks any color that you would like. 2. Use the white glue or hot glue too attached the popsicle sticks together in the shape of a window frame. 3. Print a worksheet from our website and color or make your own designs to color. 4. Cut out your characters. 5. Glue your characters onto a black piece of paper that is the same size of your window frame. 6. When your picture frame is dry attached the black piece of paper to the back side. 7. Lastly, glue that the string to the top back of your frame for hanging. Here is what you need: Plastic bottle cap Cotton balls... Paint & brush Green fuzzy wire Glue Silly eyes Marker Magnets Glue the cotton balls in the plastic bottle caps. Paint it orange. Cut a small price of the fuzzy wire for the stem. Put the silly eyes and stem on while wet so they stick after it sets. Apply the magnet either before you paint it or after it drys.
