Here’s a piece I haven’t made in a long time Venice Wall Hanging. I took advantage of the morning light before sending it to my dear friend @kayteelong in LA! Lately I had an itch to work, and this is the 3rd wall hanging I’ve worked on recently. This month In fact. Spending some days in South America while papa works ! Couldn’t be love the weather more as it’s just like it was in LA (on those perfect sunny -non-humid days). Counting my blessings everyday . . . . Can you see the perfect mixed child in between us? We looked at this picture and noticed everything he has of my husband and everything he has of me. Can you see it?

It’s been a minute since we moved in our new home, and our living room is finally coming together! Lots of playing around but also couldn’t have done it without @thevenicenative for her guidance and her incredibly staging/designing skills. I feel so lucky to have had connected with her and gotten help with my home. . . As a macramé maker, I always want to include macramé everywhere, but not in this space, or at least not yet!

Many years ago, I created some rad, and unique dog leashes. I discovered a flaw or two, then decided to discontinue them. However, I still use these leashes to walk Maya all of the time and they’re great conversation starters, and of course, lots of compliments. . . I also did the same with yoga mat straps/holders. These straps had leather beads. Two year after this, I saw another big Macrame account doing the same, but of course, theirs hit, mine didn’t . .... . IG is all about popularity, and it has discouraged me from creating unique things. Other people can make something similar but because of their following, their stuff is the unique & popular item. That time we shared a beautiful retail space in Brentwood . . . At this time my little man was months old. My amazing half @tiny_viking would help me whenever he could so I could do something I loved (mainly take a small break for myself) but it wasn’t always like that.
