Explore the art of balancing on your hands as Erin breaks down some of the more popular arm balances including Crow, Side Crow, EPK, Eight Angle, and more. Learn wrist/arm strengthening techniques, core foundations, and the body control needed to flip your perspective and lift yourself up. So much of the work we do to find float in arm balances has to do with the careful, slow movements that we make on the mat. Join Erinkellyart for a fun and funky flow that will add useful drills to your practice and set you up for success on your hands. From the safe steps to build the strength to fly, to complex transitions between postures, this clinic offers it all! Open to ALL LEVELS, and modifications always included, but suggested for those with a consistent practice. No previous inversion experience needed. PROPS RECOMMENDED: 2 BLOCKS, 1 STRAP PER STUDENT (PLEASE NOTE YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN PROPS)
