The caller on the phone is saying, The Covid-19 Relief insurance credit has been pushed back and we are calling customers to verify your credit card information so that when payments re-started it will go smoothly. ... If you do not recognize the person on the phone as someone from your agent's office, DO NOT give them any information. And, if you are unsure about who you are speaking with, tell them you will call your agent back. Better to be cautious than sorry! Stay Safe!

December 29th is a special day for me. 18 years ago on 12/29/2000 I opened my insurance agency. Being a small business owner is challenging. That said I feel incredibly blessed and lucky to have taken this path. The people who have been my support: my family, friends, clients, and yes, even some well respected competitors:- thank you!

This year my 14 year old son asked to join in with my wife and two daughters to make a gingerbread house. Bet you can't guess which one is his! Merry Christmas to all who are celebrating!
