For many of us, an introduction can be the hardest part to write. You have to delicately balance telling the reader about your proposed project while also catching their attention. An "effective" introduction will make sure the reader gets the bigger picture. Starting this fall, mental health and behavioral health resources will be made easily accessible to students throughout Madera County. Madera County Superintendent of Schools (MCSS) has been awarded a $2.5 million grant from the Mental Health Services Oversight and Accountability Commission. Partnering with the Camarena Health Centers, Madera County Department of Behavioral Health, and local school superintendents, MCSS has established the Madera County Youth Behavioral Health Collaborative seeking to increase access to mental health and behavioral services in the school, home, and community.
