The Orange County Register reported yesterday a grim report on the opioid crisis in O.C. "Orange county drug, alcohol deaths soar 82 percent with accidental opioid overdoses the primary cause. Cities with relatively higher overdose deaths tended to include coastal cities followed by South County locales, the report said. More specifically, Laguna Woods had the highest overdose death rate at 50.8 per 100,000, followed by Dana Point (40.1), Seal Beach (33.8), Laguna Beach (31.4), and San Juan Capistrano. Cities with the lowest death rates included Irvine, Trabuco Canyon, Foothill Ranch and Coto de Caza." http://bit.ly/2pobRwd

When surveyed these 22 million not ...getting help report "didn't need help" as the main reason for not getting help. In other words "denial" is main reason. So we will never put a dent in this problem until we solve the problem of "denial". It's not hard to work with the willing.
