To All, Joe and I would like to thank you all for all the love and support you have shown us and our business EPIC Rollertainment during these unprecedented times. The Mayor of the city of Murrieta contacted us and said that they received tons of letters on our behalf and we should be very proud of the business we have built and of course we are! As you all know the city was not behind these ridiculous charges against us and I truly feel that the city's hands are tied when ...it comes to these matters, however they did go to bat for us in whatever capacity they were able to. They do not want to see any business closed or forced to shut their doors anymore than we do. I am happy to announce that all charges filed against us by the county of Riverside, along with the TRO have been dropped!! We are grateful that the worst is behind us and we are hopeful that we will be able to see all of your smiling faces rolling with us sooner than later. It is with a heavy heart that I must inform you all that a TRO (temporary restraining order) has been placed on EPIC Rollertainment effective immediately. Despite our desire to bring some positivity and hope back into our community after being closed for 9 long months, our best efforts have needlessly been thwarted! A lawsuit has been filed by the County of Riverside against not only EPIC Rollertainment, but Joe and I personally. In light of this immediate closure, we woul...d like to extend our deepest apologies and reassure you all that you will be given a full refund for any admissions and/or skate rentals that have been purchased this week and you should see those in your accounts in about 3-5 business days. With regards to the lawsuits that have been filed, I would like to ask you all to take a stand with Joe and I against this injustice by writing an email to the members of the City of Murrieta and the Murrieta City Council on our behalf letting them know exactly what our facility means to your and your family. We need to flood them with as many letters as we can so they understand what these closures are doing to all of us. Joe and I did not open our doors without A LOT of careful consideration. We fully grasp the severity of this virus and do not take lightly the suffering it has brought to so many, however this virus is not the only threat we are all facing right now. I have heard from so many of you about the struggles you and your children have been going through due to these lockdowns and we were so glad that we were able to bring some joy back into your lives, even if only for a moment. We did everything in our power to make sure we were opening responsibly and we need the city to understand that. I thank you all for the love and support you have shown to Joe and I over the years and I promise you that we are all in the fight together! Well, this is just awesome! With Riverside County moving into the red tier its only a matter of time before we are allowed to safely reopen EPIC Rollertainment! It's so close I can taste it!! Congratulations to all the local businesses that have been approved to reopen with this new tier. We have to stick together as a community and support our local businesses to give them an opportunity to recoup some of the losses they experienced during this tragic pandemic, otherwise we all lose! #epicsk8

UPDATE!! After receiving good news on Friday, the California Department of Public Health has said "Roller Rinks" will not be included in the businesses able to resume operations on June 12. We are saddened and frustrated by this decision but will continue to comply with all State, County and City mandates. As always, we will keep you guys updated and appreciate the continued support.
