Please welcome our newest Enrich member, Marie Stockton of Stockton Estate Planning. Marie is a recovering litigator whose practice focuses primarily on helping fiduciaries like trustees fulfill their obligations, including items like preparing trust accountings, fiduciary income tax returns, and estate and gift tax returns. To try and keep her litigation skills sharp, she occasionally takes on matters that involve calling fiduciaries who are not or have not met their obligations or are abusing an elder or other vulnerable person to task. She also does some estate planning and an occasional probate or conservatorship.
