Looking for a light, easy meal to make this week? Try this recipe out! Took less than ten minutes to make and boy,is it good! This recipe features a marionberry & port jam we carry! Recipe is for one meal. Need more? Just double! 1 Ciabatta Roll 3oz of your favorite Brie cheese 1 TBSP Marionberry & Port Jam... Handful of Arugula Oil cast iron pan or skillet with olive oil and heat to medium heat. Slice roll and place in oiled pan (top and bottom) . Slice Brie then layer cheese, jam & arugula on bottom roll. Toast on medium to low heat till cheese melts. Assemble and enjoy! Pairs very well with grilled peaches, drizzled with Balsamic vinegar. Grill sliced peaches in the same pan while toasting your sandwich!
