The Encinitas Community Emergency Response Team (Encinitas CERT) is comprised of citizen volunteers who have completed the disaster preparedness academy provided by the Encinitas Fire Department. Encinitas CERT, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit public benefit California corporation. We work in partnership with the Encinitas Fire Department to educate Encinitas residents about disaster preparedness and to support the ongoing training and activities of the Encinitas CERT volunteers.
