Empress Theatre brings you - Home for the Holidays Pink Martini Holiday Spectacular, Thursday, December 17th at 6pm Long associated with the holidays Pink Martini has toured every December for well over a decade in support of their fifth album, Joy to the World, a non-denominational holiday classic which features music from around the globe. This brand new concert features holiday classics new and old, alongside fan favorite Pink Martini songs.

Join us for two Zoom workshops being offered on grant writing. The City of Vallejo has appropriated money to support local arts groups and individual artist. We are opening the Empress Theatre for a Halloween spooktacular with a screening of Legend of Boggy Creek on Saturday, October 31. Limted seating is available in the theatre so make your reservations soon. The movie will also be streamed for viewing at home. Stay tuned for ticketing information!
Empress Theatre presents A Christmas Carol (2020) live-stream on Saturday, December 19th at 7:30pm. The film is the Charles Dicken’s holiday classic set in a strikingly beautiful, darkly enchanted world. From the gorgeous sets, to the elegant choreography; this movie will leave you mesmerized. Tickets are $12.00... and are available at empress theatre.org. *Please keep in mind this is a virtual event, there will be no patrons in the theater.
Tickets are now available for our Friday, October 9th 7:30PM live-stream film presentation of The Dark Divide. Based on the story of renowned butterfly expert Robert Pyle (David Cross) who embarked on a life-changing trek through one of America’s most important unprotected wildlands at the urging of his dying wife Thea (Debra Messing), in the summer of 1995.
