Happy Sunday! Sunday’s I consciously stay off my phone. I even delete insta for the day on most Sunday’s. What are somethings you consciously do to be more in the moment?

I often come across misinformation on the Internet a.k.a. social media. Although sometimes referred to as a Rosacea Acne it’s not truly acne and should not be treated as such. Using products that are meant for acne when you really have rosacea can be harmful to your skins natural barrier and cause more irritation.
