Elk River Nursery

Chervil is one of our favorite herbs. This delicate and delicious spring herb tastes similar to fennel or tarragon. Tasty on seafood, potatoes, and salads!.

We're already in full swing planting seeds at the nursery. After the surge in veggie gardeners last year, we've added some fun new stuff this year including Snowball Y Improved cauliflower, Imperial broccoli, a yellow and a purple podded snap pea, Portuguese kale, red Orach, Padron, Ghost and Italian Roaster peppers, a blight resistant tomato called Legend and this beauty, Purple Russian, which did very well for us (in a greenhouse), big harvests of blocky tomatoes with a rich, sweet flavor that makes superb sauces.
